We received sheets, towels, and a comforter. Go to make up the bed and there is a huge blood stain on the new comforter! Since we requested towels that came in the same bag we sent it all back and requested a new comforter and new towels. Understanding that we would have to make the bed ourselves, the comforter was left hanging from the door. The first night we arrived a bit late and did not notice the dirt on the comforter.

That's fine, but it's not okay that they are not properly cleaned between stays. This year however, due to COVID-19 the rooms are not being cleaned during your stay. I love Harrah's and will visit again, we go every year for a birthday celebration.

I've been trying to find a contact email for customer service, but my emails led me here. Plenty of service peoples available to assist in any needs you may have, just stop and ask. Your favorites and new types are always available, even if its table games or high roller games. I love to play in the early hours, so you can relax and play any games available. Has games for any denominations to play, either quarters to big spenders. and don't worry, if you forget your card, making another is very easy at the machine to create or standing inline to have one made manually by the desk person. they cater to any needs, even if you're new to Harrahs, it's worth to play with a card to increase perks and free give away, but just swiping your player's card. Options to eat are plenty, whether a snack or a meal, and we always get some kind of comp to eat or to play. machines are always available for ticket exchanges or cash to withdraw, and always nearby. When i do get a room it's always clean and the cleaners are always helpful in extra towels or toilette needs, never not satisfied with the room you choose, bathrooms are always clean even in the casino areas, waiter or waitress always asks if you need anything, chairs and game tables are neat, clean and spacious to relax and play.
